Advanced Nutrition for Dairy Herds Program
Working with key stakeholders including: Dairy Australia project manager and the subject matter expert (SME), I designed the following:

Content and activities were all created within the moodle platform including: ebooks, quizzes, games and assessments.
Facilitator workbooks
A comprehensive facilitator guide outlining class objectives, desired outcomes, lesson plans, expectations, required underpinning knowledge troubleshooting presentation equipment and Moodle platform.
Program handbook and learner guide
An electronic handbook and learner guide outlining learning outcomes, activities, program itinerary, host farm activities and locations, underpinning knowledge required etc.
Student LMS (Moodle) help guide
An electronic document outlining FAQ;s and troubleshooting access to the student Moodle portal on Dairy Australia website.
Moodle LMS

The program was finalised and implemented in 2018/2019 to regional areas in Victoria. It was a flipped classroom and blended delivery program with farm visits, peer collaboration, experiential learning, data interpretation, field days on farm with hands-on experiences. Evaluation and feedback were used for consistent improvement in the next program offering.
The first pilot proved very successful with 100% student retention and success rate.
