Client renovation design brief – presentations

This project brief was to design and develop a presentation that could be shared with the potential client either on social media (fb, pinterest & downloadable from website) or as an email pack.

The concept was to answer probing questions the clients have (like FAQs) when first embarking on buying a new custom kithen and the ensuing renovation. Many clients were feeling unease when trying to retain all the information at a client consult. This pack  was easy to use with embedded links to previous custom kitchen designs, testimonials, suppliers, products available and where to get other ideas.

Program and instructional design were used to develop a client information pack, including information on consultation process, kitchen transformations, products, trades and recent completed renovations.

This was used in conjunction with a client renovation design brief to help clients conceptualise their new dream kitchens.
