Dairy Farmers Capability Framework – Online delivery concept
Having just developed a very complex framework and matrix for the Dairy Farmers Capability Framework, Dairy Australia wanted to give a new look and feel to a text heavy matrix that would appeal to the dairy farming industry.
A deep dive into the complex, currently static matrix, using interactive concepts to help the user understand dairy farming people capabilities, levels and future pathways.
Designing & developing two complex articulate rise courses, through dual lenses; the dairy farm business and the future dairy farm employee. Using graphics and audio to explain career paths within the dairy farming industry.
PROJECT OUTCOME
This project was very involved and in depth, taking 3-4 months to evolve. Final project not complete at this stage, still in progress.
